These terms govern your use of Cuitty, whether you run it on your own infrastructure or use Cuitty Cloud. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Cuitty, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Cuitty on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Service Description

Cuitty is an infrastructure administration platform consisting of modular dashboards for deployments, logs, costs, configs, secrets, auditing, and more. It is available as a self-hosted open-source project and as a managed cloud service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, interfering with the operation of the service, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or reverse-engineering the service beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Self-hosted customers: You own your data entirely. Cuitty's open-source components are licensed under their respective licenses.

Cloud customers: You retain ownership of all data you submit to the service. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. Your data is processed in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Availability

We strive for high availability of Cuitty Cloud but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Self-hosted availability is your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuitty and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
